The third collaboration between composer Sterling Maffe and Evan Richards (prev. "There's a Monster Behind You" and "Two People One Ring"), psychological thriller "Cognitive" screened to a packed audience at the Valley Film Festival in North Hollywood.
The feature film stars Rachel Fleischer, who portrays a woman discovering the dark secrets of her metaphysical identity after a devastating accident. "Cognitive" takes an exciting approach at filmmaking being presented in reverse-chronological order, starting at the end of the story and working it's way backward.
Also appearing in the film is acting legend Diana Darrin ("The Bold and the Brave") and industry icon Charles Fleischer (Roger Rabit in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit").
Having been an official selection at several national film festivals, "Cognitive" also won "Best Screenplay" and "Best Editing" at the esteemed Sin City Horror Film Festival in Las Vegas.
